Winter on the mountain and in the valley early summer
Currently there is great weather throughout the Vinschgau, with cloudless skies and bright sunshine. Due to the snowfall of the past week, there are ideal conditions on the slopes and ski touring are still very possible.

Brief Description of the tour:
From the village by the rather flat Planeiltal along the route of the track, past the bog of Pedersettes (almost 2000m) and at the Knott hut 2037m to contractures (wooden bridge) to the left of Kleinberg (Knott mountain). Shortly thereafter left (north) on a fairly varied terrain with depressions and sometimes quite steep slopes up to the south-west ridge of Danzebell. Ski touring conditions
Currently prevail in the Upper Vinschgau Valley, and in Sesvennagebiet good conditions for skiing and snowshoeing. In Marteller comb and in the Ortler group, there were in the past week about 50 cm of snow. On the main Alpine ridge and Sesvennagebiet there were about 20 cm. 2.Skitouren and snowshoe race on Watles
